Sept 15 2020
Welcome to Virtual Curriculum Night 2020-21.
Please click this link to watch - PLMS Curriculum Night Welcome Video
The purpose of this virtual event is for families to hear about each class’s learning community, learning expectations, and classroom systems from your student’s teachers. In order to allow for the most flexibility for our parent community, teachers will prepare and post a video to their Canvas Course Homepage for families to access and review as their home schedule allows. Parents of multiple students will be able to view all course Curriculum Night videos instead of skipping some classes to attend others, like in the live version of this event.
Teacher created Curriculum Night videos will be available on Canvas at 6PM on Tuesday, 9/15, but families can access the videos at their convenience, by logging onto Canvas (either as an observer or via your child’s account).
If you have questions after viewing, you can email your child’s teacher with your question or to set up a time to talk. If you have not already become a Canvas Observer, this is a great chance to try out how Canvas is organized. When you log in as an Observer, you can view each of your child’s courses. When you open the course on Curriculum Night, you will find the teacher video linked to that page.
If you need help accessing Canvas, please click here to access the Canvas Support Page.
