As part of the senior checkout process, it is now time to complete your final High School and Beyond Plan (HSBP) requirement by completing your Senior Surveys. This is your opportunity to let us know about your post high school plans (e.g., college, military, employment, gap year, apprenticeship, etc.) and any scholarships to be included in the graduation program. Survey completion is required in order to be cleared for graduation.
There are two required surveys:
Community Service Cord
To be eligible students must have participated in the same eligible club for two years, earned a club letter for their participation in the club over the course of two school years, and complete registration by the May deadline. Students may only purchase one club cord, regardless of the number of clubs they participate in.
School Extracurricular Medals
**If a student has won multiple medals for the same extracurricular program they are limited to one medal per program. For example a DECA student who has earned 3 medals at the State and National level DECA competitions over the course of their high school career may only wear one medal to represent their achievements in DECA.
After much deliberation, the Issaquah High School Graduation Committee has made the decision to move to alphabetical seating for this year’s graduation ceremony. We realize that there are strong feelings both for and against this decision, and while we tried to consider all views and opinions related to this matter, some of the most important motivating factors were:
The senior slideshow is created by the senior class council, and it will be shown in the theater at the end of the year. Each month, there is a theme, which you can send in pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org

Deadline to guarantee inclusion is May 20
Feel free to send pictures from previous months if you’ve missed a month!
You can send in as many pictures as you want, please keep in mind that we want to feature as many seniors possible in the slideshow.
This calendar is intended to provide a central resource for Senior-related events and requirements. Check back frequently as items will be added to the calendar, and events could be rescheduled if necessary.
Register to receive transcripts from Parchment
Parchment will be used for students in grades 11-12 to order/send official transcripts anywhere they need to go. All 11-12 grade students were sent registration information to their email listed in student access for their Parchment account.

All seniors will meet during Nest Time for all-class yearbook photo.
Senior Class Meeting
Herff Jones will be collecting payments for cap and gown information, graduation announcements, and senior swag. All form of payments are accepted. All forms and information can be found in the graduation packet handed out at the senior class meeting. If you student was unable to attend this meeting, extra packets are found in the front office, counseling center. The deadline to turn in and pay for graduation announcements and cap and gowns is December 14th, 2019 before prices go up

|4/19/2020||Club Letter Applications Due||Various Club Advisors|
Students must submit their Club Letter Application to their advisors by the end of the school day on Friday, April 20th. In order to be eligible for a club cord at graduation, students must submit this form by the deadline.
3rd Quarter Grades Due
Third Quarter grades will be posted on Family Access on Friday, April 24th by 4pm. Be sure to check your grade details at this time and make sure you are on track, especially in classes needed to meet a graduation requirement. Consult directly with your teacher if there are any issues you need to resolve.

|5/6/2020||Senior Surveys Due||College and Career Center|
This is the last part of your High School & Beyond Plan, and survey completion is required in order to be cleared for graduation. If you’ve earned any scholarships, please include them in your survey so we can post your scholarship in our graduation program. If you plan to attend college after high school, you will include the name of your school in the survey as well. Please be sure to meet the May 6th deadline, we cannot include any scholarship information submitted after the due date. There are two required surveys:
|5/24/2020||MT4 Grades Due||Varies|
MT4 grades will be posted on Family Access on Friday, May 24th by 4pm. THIS IS YOUR LAST GRADING PERIOD BEFORE GRADUATION. If you have a deficient grade in a class you need for Graduation at this time, you will not be cleared to participate in the ceremony until your teacher has indicated you will for sure pass the class. Consult directly with your teacher if there are any issues you need to resolve.
Complimentary Graduation tickets are available when counselors verify completion of all graduation requirements; tickets for at-risk grads are held until verification is received. Students who are cleared for graduation can pick up their four free tickets when they pick up their cap and gowns, cords, etc. on May 30th. After this day, tickets will be available for pick up in the Counseling Office.
Unlimited tickets may be purchased for $13 each online 5/27-6/9, to be picked up from ASB Bookkeeper 6/10 - 6/13. Tickets can also be purchased in person from ASB Bookkeeper 6/10 - 6/13 or in-person (CASH ONLY) at T-Mobile Park 6/13 @ 7:00pm when gates open. Tickets are non-refundable/non-replaceable.

Herff Jones will be distributing caps and gowns, Counselors will be distributing Complimentary Graduation tickets and Academic Cords & Stoles, and Club Cords will be available for pick up on this day in the Aux Gym during the following times due to the adjusted schedule that day:
9:00-11:00 AM (before school)
12:30-1:50 PM (both lunches)
2:52-3:30 PM (after school)
Prom will be held at MoPOP from 8:00pm until 11:59 PM
The prom theme is Hollywood
Tickets can be purchased from the ASB Bookkeeper 5/28-5/31 at a cost of $35
Lost tickets will not be replaced
Guest forms are due on the 30th

Graduation Rehearsal and Senior Breakfast
Seniors must attend the Graduation Rehearsal in order to participate in the Graduation ceremony. PTSA will be serving a Senior breakfast at 8:30am, which is a fun event for seniors to celebrate the end of high school together! The breakfast will be in the commons. All seniors should plan to come early for a fun breakfast celebration before the required rehearsal at 9:30am.

The gates will open at 7:00 pm for Issaquah High School families. The ceremony will begin at 8:00pm, with a processional of the graduates beginning at 7:45pm. Following the ceremony, families can meet their students to take pictures in the concourse. The concourse must be clear by 10:00pm in order to clear the stadium.
|Diploma Pick-Up||Ms. Marbut||Diplomas will be available for pickup in the Counseling Office on either of these days between 12:00-3:00 PM. If they are unable to come during these days/times, they can come in after August 12th when the Counseling Office re-opens. Only students or their parent/guardian with valid photo ID may pick up diplomas. Diplomas cannot be mailed or picked up by a sibling.|
|6/28/19||Running Start Student Diploma Pick-Up||Ms. Marbut||Running Start Student Diplomas will be available for pickup in the Counseling Office on this day between 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Since we will be waiting on finals grades from the colleges, this pick up day is a little later. If students are unable to come during these days/times, they can come in after August 12th when the Counseling Office re-opens. Only students or their parent/guardian with valid photo ID may pick up diplomas. Diplomas cannot be mailed or picked up by a sibling.|
