14 November, 2016
Torey Anderson was named the week seven CenturyLink High School Athlete of the Week at the end of October, and will be recognized on the field at the Seahawks game versus the Philadelphia Eagles on November 20. The award honors Anderson for his commitment to academics, leadership, athletics, and contribution to his community. Anderson is captain of both the Liberty High School football and baseball teams, and helped lead the Patriots to an undefeated regular season this fall.
Anderson was recognized in front of the Liberty student body at an assembly last week, and was awarded with a $1,000 equipment grant from the Seahawks that will go to the Patriot’s athletic department. Also as part of the award, Anderson received tickets and sideline passes to the November 20 game, a customized football, and a customized 2016 Seahawks jersey.
